Nikon f6 firmware

Dear Nikonians,
My Nikon f6 needs a new firmware to solve the battery short life and a problem to load the film.
I tried Nikon USA support but they refuse the technical assistance because it was bought in Japan. I would like to receive suggestions about technicians that can fix this camera.
