Firmware 3.80 for Z6

I have downloaded the current Firmware 3.80 and installed it on the camera and verified it was using the new version. It gives me a choice to Delete Firmware Files. When I open that it asks if I want to Delete the files on the Camera body.
Do I do this or will that take away the new version? It seems confusing it would ask me that.

It just means it will delete the files used to install the firmware on your camera. It will not delete the new firmware you have installed.
